SCHOLARSHIPS
Since 2016, the Aarón Sánchez Scholarship has been empowering Latino youth through culinary education, mentorship, and industry experience with the goal of diversifying kitchen leadership for future generations.
To date, the program has awarded 19 culinary arts scholarships valued at $1.2 million!
ABOUT US
Aarón Sánchez, Founder
Aarón Sánchez is an award-winning chef, TV personality, author and philanthropist. He is a judge on FOX’s culinary competition series MasterChef and MasterChef Junior and the founder of the Aarón Sánchez Impact Fund. Aarón grew up in the restaurant business and is passionate about preserving his family’s legacy through food and encouraging diversity in the kitchen.
Jennifer Killian, Director
Jennifer Killian is a passionate professional with over two decades of non-profit leadership, fundraising, and project management experience. She is responsible for identifying critical funding that supports Chef Aarón Sánchez's philanthropic initiatives, as well as managing his impact programs for Latino youth.
